Section O also contains the Therapy Data on the MDS, including the Start Date, End Date, Days & Minutes, Distinct Calendar Days and More. This is the MOST IMPORTANT SECTION of the MDS for therapy professionals to master. It includes how to document and code for Individual Therapy, Concurrent Therapy, Group Therapy and Co-Treatments for all payors.
