I understand that I am accessing this information as a Member and website user, and that sharing of my user name and password is prohibited.

I understand that the Rehab Manager Training Course material is Copyright protected and that written permission from Montero Therapy Services is required for reproducing any of the information. The concepts and information can be used in your facility to educate staff therapists on current rules and regulations. Resources provided in each Section can be printed for individual use. However, the program information is not intended to be used by multi-site organizations for company training, or for resale purposes.

I understand that the SNF rules and regulations change frequently and that the info presented here will be current at the time of participation, though may change in the future.

I understand that I can receive a full refund for the Program through Tuesday, March 3, 2026. 

I understand that I will have access to the course material via the provided link through 12/31/26, after which the link access will expire. Slide presentations and resources can be downloaded to my computer for future reference prior to 12/31/26. Access to the video links expires 12/31/26.  I understand that if I do not complete all sections of the course by 12/31/26, I will not receive full Continuing Education credit or obtain a Certificate of Completion for the SNF Rehab Manager Certification. The Company will, however, issue Certificates of Completion and CE credits for courses I have completed by 12/31/26. 

With that said, we understand that life happens. The Company will do everything possible to work with each participant and facilitate a successful completion of the Course Series. Please contact us should you have any difficulties so we can work out a solution together!
