B. The State Survey Process

This video will introduce you to the key items needed for a successful state survey. This will give you the information you need to navigate the “Pathways” found under the “Tools and Resources” section at the beginning of this course, and introduce you to the questions the Survey Team will ask your residents, families and therapy team!
