INSTRUCTIONS – COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT – 2025

Welcome to the “2025 SNF Rehab Manager Certification Program”

Helpful Information for Course Participants:

  1. There are 10 courses in the program (plus 1 Bonus). Courses are required to be completed in order as the content builds upon itself.
  2. You will always use the same LINK to access the course. It was the link sent to your email on June 2nd.
  3. A new Course will be released each Wednesday at 8 am ET. Courses can be completed at any time after release, at your convenience.
  4. Sections contain videos with supporting slides to print or save, as well as additional resource tools, cheat sheets and links.
  5. Each Course Section includes a Quiz. Successful completion of 80% is required. Quizzes can be taken more than once if needed.
  6. When you are finished with each Section, click on the “Mark Complete” button. This will automatically advance you to the next Section. If you do not see a “Mark Complete” button, this indicates you have already clicked it…it disappears once clicked.
  7. Use the “Previous” or “Next” links at the bottom of each Section page to navigate through the course material.
  8. To view your progress with the overall course, the Course Outline will display a  √  when the Section is marked complete.
  9. Log in as many times as needed using the course link we sent you via email. This is the only way to access the course.
  10. Upon completion of all Sections, you will see a Course Evaluation. This will need to be completed before you can print your Certificate. You will see a “Print Certificate” button appear on the top of the course Home Page after the Course Evaluation is complete.
  11. Please note that in order to issue official CEU credit, we need to have your Discipline, State and License # on file. Please add this information to your Account page or email the info to MemberSupport @ MonteroTherapyServices.com and we will add it for you.
  12. Access to the course material using the link will expire 12/31/25. However, the material is yours so don’t forget to download all course materials to your computer for future reference, with the exception of the videos. We encourage you to save the items in each Section as you complete them.
  13. You will receive periodic emails regarding course progress through 12/31/25.
